2017 Ford Kuga Changes, Exterior

The 2017 Ford crossover is anticipated to come with a noticeably updated external look with styling alterations headlined by a bold new grille, reworked headlamps, with daytime running lights and a pleasingly designed front bumper. All these external features are pooled to offer the new Kuga in sequence with the bigger Ford Edge, which is also anticipated to be released in Australia in 2016.

However, the outside styling of the silhouette comes without any changes, but the back part of the vehicle undergoes some minor tweaks. The rear fascia of the new vehicle comes equipped with modernized black-bordered taillights with a restructured inside edge and revolutionary LED illumination, in conjunction with a sharpened look to the new longer clutch panel.

The cabin of the US version of 2017 Kuga comes equipped with the even newer Sync 3 system. It also comes equipped with the new subscription-derived Sync Connect Smartphone application, giving the ability to unbolt and shut the doors, start the engine to find it in the parking lot.
The 2017 Kuga comes outfitted with the new driver-assist expertise that comprises highly developed adjustable sail control with forward collapse warning and brake aid, in cooperation with the improved active park assist, driver exhaustion alert and path-keeping assist.

Engine

The 2017 Ford Kuga would get its necessary power and torque from two different new EcoBoost engines with diverse capacities that offer different powertrain figures. Both engines would be offered with the start-stop function. The first EcoBoost mill, which will operate the new vehicle, is a 4-cylinder mill with the capacity of 2.0 liters. This engine will be delicately tuned to distribute the new Kuga with the greatest power output of 182kW and the greatest torque output of 327Nm.

The second mill is anticipated to be a turbo unit with the capacity of 1.5 liters, designed with four cylinders. This smaller engine will offer the new vehicle the greatest power of 134kW and the greatest torque of 250Nm.
Both engines will be coupled with a six-rate automatic transmission as standard. It is also whispered that the 2017 Kuga will also be equipped with a 1.5-liter capacity petrol engine. If the rumor becomes true, the new Kuga would get the greatest power of 134kW and the greatest torque of 240Nm from this engine.
