The Corvette Grand Sports originally followed the racetracks during the 1960s, but the name went inactive pending it was rejuvenated in 1996 for the concluding year of the C4-cohort Corvette. The front rotors are clamped by the six-piston Brembo calipers, whereas the back rotors are squeezed by the four-piston Brembo calipers.
Furthermore, the 2017 model Corvette Grand Sport comes with the electronically controlled back differential of the Stingray Z51 as standard.
The new Corvette Grand Sport comes with optional fender hash lines, which will be available in six attractive colors and it also comes with full-length body lines as an optional feature.
The 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport interior does not experience much change it its design. However, all the seats inside the cabin will be made from high-quality materials similar to those of other sports models. There may be some minor tweaks in the engineering section according to the needs of the modern day racers, but Chevy has not yet revealed any of these changes. However, it is expected that the cabin would come equipped with adequate comfort and safety features for the vehicle and its occupants.

Corvette Grand Sport will be powered by a V8, LTI engine with the displacement of 6.2 liters, which was used to power the Corvette Stingray. This engine offers the new vehicle sweet noise and generates the greatest power of 460 ponies, which is 5 ponies more than that of the engine of the Corvette Stingray. The new sports car equipped with both seven-velocity manual transmission and eight-velocity mechanical transmission.
For those buyers looking for a bit additional performance, they can opt for the Z07 performance package as an option. The 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport release date will be the summer of 2016. Regarding pricing, Chevy has not yet confirmed, but it is expected that the new Chevy coup is estimated to be sold at a base price of $ 68,395.
