Audi came into the market of sport utility vehicles in 2005 with the launch of Q7, and after three years, it introduced the Q5. The crossover was constructed to deal with the success of the Mercedes-Benz GLK and the BMW X3. It took Audi additional four years to launch the model 2014 Audi SQ5 and carry it to the United States with a supercharged engine. With a second cohort 2017 Audi Q5 in progress, the German automaker is probably working on a revamped performance version previously.
While the revitalized Q5 is testing on public roads previously, its sportier sibling has yet to come. However, the 2017 Audi SQ5 will appear only some months following the standard Q5, meaning the development should be underway. The 2017 model SQ5 comes in two trim levels, such as Premium Plus, which is the base model and Prestige, which is the higher end model.
